In his 17 years of investment banking with Credit Suisse, Mr. Fisher advised clients on a range of cross border mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, leveraged finance and equity/equity-linked offerings as well as project finance and privatization, having completed over US$15 billion in transactions working for leading corporations in Asia and the US. Mr. Fisher has been based in Singapore since 1997.
